Limburg winemakers expect historically low harvest

The spring frosts and subsequent unsettled summer have led to a historically low wine harvest in Limburg this year. A round of questions reveals that, on average, winemakers expect barely 50 percent of a normal harvest. Some will not pick grapes at all this year. But there is also a light at the end of the tunnel: "The quality of our wine promises to be very good."
