Quarter of Limburg workers to retire in next 10 years

In the next 10 years, more than 100,000 older workers will leave the Limburg labour market. This is as many as one in four of all Limburgers currently at work. Moreover, there are not enough young people ready to replace them. Ageing in the labour market is likely to be the biggest challenge for the Limburg economy in the short term.
