Some thirteen years ago, Hilde Rutten began her adventure as CEO at the Belgian division of BergHOFF, the internationally respected trader in pots, pans, knives and other kitchen utensils. She immediately sharpened the knives. "Because I had spent years studying the approach of our foreign distributors, I had a good idea of the dos and don'ts in our business." Today, along with her husband Rabin Houben, who joined the company in 2015, she is fully engaged in capturing the Dutch market.
