Demir and Brouns admire the circular economy in their own backyard 

Flemish Minister Jo Brouns was not only a guest of Ecobeton in Sint-Truiden on Monday, he also visited Orbix's innovative factory in Genk. The winner of our Climate Award 2023 showed the Minister how new building materials are being made from steel industry waste. Barely a few hundred metres away, fellow minister Zuhal Demir was on a working visit to West Fraser, better yet known as Norbord. Again, the circular economy was the theme of the day…
